From Engineering to Construction: Key Projects

Proel now faces a new challenge, building on its long-standing experience in the construction of rooftop photovoltaic systems: the construction of a 1 MW ground-mounted photovoltaic system in the Municipality of Gambatesa, in collaboration with the partner INSE. The project requires considerable effort in terms of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC). Compared to rooftop systems, ground-mounted systems involve greater operational responsibilities, particularly with regard to site preparation, earthworks and construction site management, requiring an even more structured engineering approach and careful planning.

At the same time, Proel is continuing its executive engineering activities for multi-megawatt PV systems: in Pesaro on behalf of Renco and in Melfi for the client Iberdrola. In both projects, the company is involved in the development of plant layouts, in the definition of the most efficient technical solutions and in the optimization of energy performance, confirming its ability to operate on complex and large-scale projects.
